Cathie Wood of ARK Invest: $1,000,000-$1,500,000 by 2030. Michael Saylor (MicroStrategy): “Bitcoin will reach $13 million by 2045”. Plan B (S2F Model): $500,000-$1M as a “fair” price after the halving in 2024. Basic assumptions: Institutional adoption continues, supply limited, demand increasing.
Tolerable forecasts
JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs: $150,000-$300,000 at the peak of the current cycle. Standard Chartered: $200,000 until the end of 2025. Basis: continued entry of institutions, but also increased regulation.
The skeptics
Warren Buffett, Charlie Munger (late): “Zero”. Peter Schiff: “Bitcoin will fall to zero and gold will win”. Traditional economists: “There is no intrinsic value, only speculation”.
